Nashville, TN, September 15, 2011 - MusicCityNetworks (MCN) and MerchMo, the same companies that brought you global stores Zambooie.com and HopeSake.com for rock music and charity brands, respectively, have now launched BigSouthMusic.com - the ultimate online shop for country music fans.

BigSouthMusic is a global webstore where fans can purchase CD’s, t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, photographs and more from all of their favorite country music artists. Without having to jump from one store to another, fans can buy any assortment of items, such as a Willie Nelson t-shirt, a Sara Evans 8x10
photo and Lady Antebellum’s latest CD.
“We felt it was a huge oversight that an online store like this did not exist,” said MCN Creative Director Mike Lewis. “We launched Zambooie.com back in 2002, and it was really a huge leap forward for music-based e-commerce. Now, we’re going to do for country what we did for rock fans - make it easy and fun to buy music and merch online.”
BigSouthMusic has been under development for over a year, and it pulls together offerings from a wide sampling of country artists. The store will house a variety of artists from legendary acts like Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton and the Gatlin Brothers to modern superstars like Alison Krauss, Dierks Bentley, Lady Antebellum and more.
